Order & Customization
Do you sell to individuals?
If you discovered our lighting in a store or with an architect, you can complete your purchasing journey with them - our prices and services are harmonized. We work mainly with decoration professionals, but our sales department can support you, if you have discovered us online or through word of mouth. Contact us by email or telephone.
How does a lighting order take place? what is personalization?
Our belief is that every interior deserves a unique, perfectly adapted lighting fixture. This is why we do not sell ready-made lighting fixtures, we support each project:
- You discuss with one of our advisors: you explain your project, your height or installation constraints, your preferences.
- We quickly prepare one or more solutions and quotes.
- If necessary, we create a 3D model of your future lighting fixture and generate a photo rendering of your interior (this is a free service).
- When you have finalized your choice, you send a deposit to validate your order.
How much does a light fixture cost, and the customization options?

What are the manufacturing and delivery times?
For a luminaire using standard components, 2 to 3 weeks depending on the workshop load. For custom dimensions, the lead time is approximately 2 months. If you have a particular construction site constraint (scaffolding, availability of the electrician, etc.), we will do everything we can to align with the necessary deadlines.
What should I do if my project changes after the order?
As long as the order is not shipped, modifications are possible (color and size of glasses, for a change of plate there may be an additional delay depending on the size and color chosen). If you wish to postpone the delivery of your lighting fixture, we will keep it in our warehouse free of charge until the date that suits you.
After-sales service
Are bulbs provided?
Yes, each light fixture is sold with its appropriate bulbs (G9 or E27). The bulbs are included in the price of the luminaire. Please note: for large installations, we recommend the low voltage 24V LED circuit option, with a very long lifespan.
Are the lights dimmable?
Yes, all of our light sources are dimmable (i.e., dimmable with an LED dimmer). Note: certain brands' variators work better with a compensator, to be connected behind the box.
Do you offer after-sales service?
Of course: we make sure everything goes perfectly until installation and after. You can buy bulbs from any store, but also from us. We also sell replacement lenses individually.
Materials & Maintenance
What materials are used for your lighting fixtures?
Our lighting fixtures are made from materials carefully selected for their durability and aesthetic appearance. Glass is the main material of our lighting fixtures, and in particular blown glass, which constitutes the heart of our know-how. It is associated with different metal components, selected for their solidity and quality of finish.
All our components and our manufacturing processes comply with current standards (European or American), in order to guarantee safety, reliability and longevity.
Are your lighting fixtures made in France?
Yes, each light fixture is assembled to order, in our workshop in Nice.
Are the materials used sustainable?
Yes, this is an important point for us. The components are quality, and the bulbs and LED circuit are replaceable, unlike certain lighting fixtures from other brands.
How to maintain a glass light fixture?
If you want to dust a glass globe: use a soft cloth without pressing, and if necessary distilled water (to avoid traces of limescale) or window cleaning product.
Architects & Professionals
Do you work with architects and decorators?
Yes, we offer them a dedicated service and conditions.
Do you provide technical files (plans, product sheets, 3D, etc.)?
Yes, this information is available on our website under the “Technical Resources” page. If necessary, contact us directly.
As a reminder, we offer the 3D modeling service for free - but if you prefer to do it by integrating it into your overall 3D project, the files are accessible.
Is it possible to order material samples?
For our partners, we prepare a box of samples (cable, metal plate, glass ball with our finishes).
